    Hi all, I have found an issue with the "Showdown in Skull Canyon" module. Encounter 3A: Skull Canyon Town Assault appears to be missing completely from the reference manual. This is quite an important section as it outlines the forces present for both factions at the start of the battle. Although there are stats for each individual NPC, the statblocks are not organized into ready-to-use encounters and some of the statblocks are incorrect. For example, the Zetan leaders Xarn and Nok are supposed to have a higher mind stat to reflect their scientist stats but they do not (though they seem to have higher resistances from the inertia suppression shield). Sally Jessup's statblock is also incorrect; she is supposed to be a stronger version of the mercenary from the core rulebook but at present she has less HP, damage resistance etc. I haven't checked every statblock but there seems to be a pattern here. Namely, any statblock which that doesn't appear in the text directly and is instead some a variation of [x statblock from another book + modifications] should be checked for accuracy.
    Additionally, there is a typo in the members of the "final" zetan forces present in the end of the battle. "Xarn," "Super Mutant," "Xarn" is what appears. Xarn is listed twice. And even if the Super Mutant statblock is the same, technically it should be labelled "Alien Abomination."

    Clicking on the crafting tab on some items marks the item as edited. Sometimes just opening an item to see details does this. Examples Wanderer's Guide Robot Armor and a lot of ammo from Settler's Guide.

    Buttons C2-C4 under dice have a mouse over popup explaining what they do (Complication Range). Can we get this for the D0-D5 buttons?

    Gamemaster's Toolkit table "Dead Wastelander (Loot Parcel)" is broken it drops a "note" which is an item that doesn't exist and turns into a <<New Item>> when you click on it. Also the other drops don't work so all you get is the broken note. Perpaps this was just meant to be sent to chat?

    Gamemaster's Toolkit table "Locked Fridge (Loot Parcel)" is broken as it spawns a "Ammo (for weapon) that doesn't exist. This could be fixed by copying the Random Ranged Weapons table and making a version with an additional column that spawns the correct ammo for the weapon.

    Gamemaster's Toolkit table "Pile of Broken Tires (loot Parcel)" is broken and should probably spawn [3D20x] Rubber or common material instead of non existent tires item.

    Fallout D20 table "Random Oddities and Valuables" has several non-items that shouldn't be in a parcel, or those items should be added to the ruleset (like note, key, and holotape) since they are mentioned many times in the book.

    Gamemaster's Toolkit table "The Hatch (Loot Parcel) has non-item "skeleton" and "3 Junk" should be "[3x] Junk"

    All items will be edited since the item updates when you open it. It's adjusted by the contents.

    Got a small list of bugs.

    *Can't delete Attacks or Special Abilities from NPCs.
    *Console Error when creating new NPC record: Script execution error: [string "Fallout 2d20: campaign/scripts/npc_main.lua"]:197:attempt to index field 'subwindow' (a nil value)
    *Marksman's Stock (Small Guns) removes the ammo type and damage type from the weapon it is attached to. Must input ammo type and damage type on the Stock to fix. This could be true of other weapon mods, but have only seen it happen with the Marksman's Stock (Small Guns) so far.
    *Companions skill rolls do not count the Attribute in the Target Number. We have a Mr Handy Companion that has 10 Int and 6 Medicine. When double clicking the Medicine skill, the Target Number should be 16, but is displayed and handled as 6.

    1) Will be part of the next update
    2) added some safe guards, but couldn't replicate. Will be pushed with next update
    3) I can't replicate with the 10mm Pistol. Might need to give me more specifics to replicate.

    4) Need more information. What record type are you using? I'm assuming NPC, but this is where I'd like to be sure.

    Hey, here is some more info.

    For 2, I get the error as soon as I press the "Add Item" button on the NPCs Record List. I get the blank NPC window and all, does not seem to be anything actually wrong with the npc sheet, just the error when creating the record. I will wait for the safeguards in the update to test further.

    3. Hunting rifle with Marksmans stock (Small Gun) image_2026-07-04_234920308.png As yo ucan see, the ammo section is empty, and the damage type is empty.
    Remove the stock:image_2026-07-04_235043525.png Ammo and damage type are back.


    4. It is a NPC record, dragged onto the player sheet as a companion. Rolling the medicine check gives just a TN of six when it should be 16. image_2026-07-04_235220350.png

    About the only thing I have not tried yet because of time is creating the companion from scratch again.

    I'm still having trouble replicating #3. Just not sure what I'm doing to make it work and your coming up with that issue:

    #4 - I was able to find where it falters, but having some trouble getting the name and token to display. I will have the fix in to help make it roll, just wanted to relay I'm aware of the missing elements and still hunting down why. At least with this fix you will be able to roll the dice.

    3 is also confusing for me. Add the mod is as simple as dropping it onto the weapon, no other steps involved.

    I looked at the mod to see if it somehow had a empty space in the ammo or damage type fields, it did not, I ensured it was "reverted" to the default values of the core book, and it still effected the hunting rifle this way. So yes, everything looks right on the mod, all the way up to adding it to the weapon.

    However, I did find a workaround; Since the stock is overriding the ammo and damage types, I decided to use that to my advantage, and I put the default ammo and damage types in the stock's record. The one attached to the weapon, not the default one in the item list.

    I will keep looking at this one and if I figure out anything that I am doing differently, I will let you know.

    I will keep my eyes on it as well. Thanks for the report, but just can't see what is causing it on my end at this time.
