It's in the PHB under 'Weapons'. I recently separated out the Masteries into their own page in the PHB but that won't go out until Tuesday. You can then link that page to your hot bar for easier retrieval.

I meant like have the masteries as you would a spell on your action tab.. to be able to trigger a save and then apply an effect.. prone, or grant advantage with vex , etc... Or are they very easy to implement ? I have not read the list.
