Players getting Error when opening Party Sheet. PF2e

My players have informed me that the last couple sessions they've been getting this error when they open the Party Sheet.

I can't recreate this error. Please ZIP up the directory for your campaign (found at <FG app adata>\campaigns\<your campaign name>) and attach that here. If the ZIP file is too large to attach here, please upload to a cloud drive and provide a shared link for us to access it.

Thanks for providing the campaign data.

I can't recreate the issue using this either - are there any specific steps the players do when the error is caused?

One thing to check - make sure you have the versions of the rulesets highlighted in the screenshot below:

Are you on the Test channel and not Prod?
Settings > Advanced

Could be something to do with the Hero Point buttons that were added to the Party Sheet a couple weeks ago? It only affects players and not the GM.
