4.6.5: Story editor: link icons flicker when typing

After updating to v4.6.5 (from v4.5.x), I noticed that when typing in story entries (simple or advanced) any link icons in the text area flicker with each key press. Is this new?

Display is 3440x1440, 120Hz
v4.6.5
5E rule set
No extensions

We didn't change any coding in the formatted text control entries, so I think that has been there for some time.

Noticed the chat bubble icons also flicker while typing. For what its worth, I did go back to the Prev channel and it doesn't happen there, so it does seem that something in v4.6.5 changed. The icons also flicker if you click the mouse on the story window.
