For Greyhawk, I found the following if you are using the Moon Tracker extension by BMOS from the FG Forge, set the moons with the following:
Moon Period Duration Shift
Luna 28 1 4
Celene 91 1 50Fantasy Grounds License: Ultimate
Games I Run: AD&D 2E and Castles and Crusades
Currently Running: AD&D 2E (World of Greyhawk)
Converted Modules: Wilderness Survival Guide (1e), Dungeoneers Survival Guide (1e), World of Greyhawk Campaign Setting (1e), MC5 - Greyhawk Appendix (2e)
Current Projects: Several Greyhawk related projects
