    Mordenkainen Presents Monsters of the Multiverse; Barghest; Typo in Stat Block

    Under Senses there is a typo: "blindsight 60 ft., darkvision 60 ft., passive Perception 15". The character code should be removed from both sides of "Perception".

    Tyranny of Dragons - Map Tomb - There should be a door not a wall between rooms 10 and 12

    Candlekeep Mysteries - Map- PlayersRedQuill.
    Between Area H6(Room with beds on right) and H7(Tunnel with River in it) The door is there but the LOS has a wall going through the door so players can't go through on their own.

    Token - vrock.png in all official 5e modules has extraneous graphic artifacts where it should be transparent (upper left and lower right):

    Tasha's Cauldron of Everything:
    The title for the Artificer spell table says "Spells Known by Spell Level" - however in both the book and D&D Beyond this is "Spell Slots per Spell Level"
