Fog of War Example similar to Roll20
I am trying to see how Fog of War works (similar to Roll20), where I am able to take map, and make a easy way for me to see the map (with some level of overdraw so I can tell what has been revealed and what is not), but then allow different parts of the map to be revealed to the players. Thanks in advance.

See here for the first steps to setting up Line of Sight on a map: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...aps-and-Images
For more details refer to the Layer Line of Sight (LOS), Lighting and Global LOS sections here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...ages+as+the+GM LOS and Lighting will allow the system to determine what to show to the players as they move their tokens around the map; Global LOS allows the GM to manually reveal areas on the map as needed.
And, in the Additional Play Controls section here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...-Image-Control Refer to the "Enable/Disable Player Vision Preview" button, which will allow you to see what the players can see.Private Messages: My inbox is forever filling up with PMs. Please don't send me PMs unless they are actually private/personal messages. The first linkyou sent takes me to this: FGU Quick-Start for GMs/DMs: Part 1 - Preparing An Adventure
I am very new so any video on this would be very helpful.

That link takes you to the "Maps and Images" section within that page (give it time to load) which steps through importing an image and adding LOS.
See the Fantasy Grounds Quick Start Guide - Part 2 video here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...k+Start+Guides Go to the Maps & Images part, which starts at 9:08.Private Messages: My inbox is forever filling up with PMs. Please don't send me PMs unless they are actually private/personal messages. Just to clarify terminology in case it's confusing in the links Trenloe provided.
If I remember correctly, R20 has "Fog of War" and "Dynamic LOS". In FG terms these would be "Global Mask" and "LOS".
Where a Global mask is a layer the GM adds to the image and then removes portions of it manually to allow the players to see what the GM wants them to see of the map. And LOS is where walls, windows, etc are setup and the computer automatically calculates what each token can see.

It is also worth noting that FoW information in FG is lost between maps. So if you go from one map to another and back to the first you lose the FoW details that any particular token might have had. There is a FoW enhancement that helps with that if you need/want it.

To expand on this, and provide clarification to the OP, the history of where a token has been on a map with LoS/Lighting is stored against a token on that map - areas not currently visible to the token, but which have been seen before, are shown in grey. When a token is moved to another map, this previously visited history is removed and reset for the new map (I believe this is due to potential performance issues if a token has visited multiple maps over time) - thus, without an extension (e.g. the one mentioned by @jharp), this location history is blank when the token is placed on a map they've been to before and so there'll be no previously visited areas shown in grey.

Fog of War
Yes, thank you for the clarification. I am only interested in the Roll20 "Fog of War" (or FG "Global Mask").
Is there a way I can just use this to allow my players and myself to see a map that has been partially revealed? As well as seeing (myself) any map portions of the map that the players cannot see?
Thanks for your help.

That's exactly how the Global LOS Mask works.
Refer to Global LOS section in the second link I provided in post #2, or get to it direct here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...+GM#Global-LOSPrivate Messages: My inbox is forever filling up with PMs. Please don't send me PMs unless they are actually private/personal messages. You can open a player instance of FG on the same computer - join as a player and then you can test out the Global LOS Mask, looking at what the players see and what the GM sees. Information on start a second instance of FG can be found in the FG Wiki here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...+Grounds+Unity
