That's the standard UI for a PFRPG campaign without any extensions loaded. I didn't see anything attached to your previous message.

If you have extensions loaded, try disabling the extensions, and loading campaign again.
Otherwise, please type /console while the campaign is open, click the Compile Logs, and post the file here.

I can help with this via discord as well (see your other post). If it makes you feel any better, the interface does get much more user friendly IMO once you understand it better, It does stay reasonably consistent.

It turns out sometime in the past I created a Discord account under my real world name. Same lama avatar. I sent the friend request.

In the theme extension you are using, the gear icon was replaced by a magnifying glass icon. They should do the same thing.
