Effects don't drag and drop in Battle Tracker

I guess I was used to this in other systems I played with, but effects could be dragged and dropped onto characters or NPCs in the Tracker. The only way I get that to work in BRP is if I select the character as their Turn and then click the Effect.

Is this for a rules reason?

The latest updates should have that fixed. Have you updated?

OMG, that was fast!

So I played on Monday, and just thought of it because I was posting something else. Just opened and updated and yes, it all works.
