new forum layout -- how to upload or attach images ?

Ever since the forums were updated, I cant figure out how to upload and attach images.
And all of the previous helpful markup tag examples are nowhere to be found.

maybe I am missing something obvious ... or is it intentionally limited now ?

Bottom right - set the theme to Play and if you still cant upload click Go Advanced button at bottom of message.

omg, figured it out. doh!

clicking on the "Full Site" button reverted everything.
