5E 2024 Character Sheet, Actions Tab Bug

On the D&D 5E 2024 character sheet, when a non-spell caster, ie a Fighter, clicks on the action tab the character sheet shows the Spell slots "header" with nothing underneath it. If you click though the modes the header will go away. You can see this in the 5E tutorial Fighter.

The Spell Slots header should not be shown for non spell casters.
