more Forge filters PLEASE
I need to be able to block out map packs and tokens please.
If you just made the Product Type accept multiple choices Like product category, it would do the trick. Filter.png
Then I could leave out the types I do not want to see. when 10 - 15 tokens and maps release at the same time it is beyond frustrating.
or let us choose to no longer see products we are not interested in (sort of like the library lets us hide things we no longer use.
please. pretty please.
yes I will go find it and put it in the suggestions, but just make the right product box work the same as the left... please...My First Mod PFRPG - Feats Extended, focusing on PF1e Feats and Racial Traits automation. Can you example the kinds of searches you want to do that you can't right now? I mean if I want to see an extension for 13th age I can; if I want to see token packs for 5e I can. If I want to see recently added extensions for Cyberpunk Red I can. So what kind of searches are you doing that the current filters can't handle?

Well I don't see it so much as a search as a single filter. I only play PF1e at this time so I set it for PFrpg/3.5 and general add ons and core. that works great. BUT I do not buy maps, tokens or adventures typically so I would like them excluded from the list (it would not be a big deal except that it seems the map and token packs get "updated" in mass groups to IMO put them back at the top of the list, as I assume they aren't actually updating their entire product line of static items all at once, and so all of the things I am looking for get pushed 10 -15 items down the list all at once). as I said in the OP, the reasonably simple (?) change I proposed would do the trick.
So I could add everything except Map, token, adventure... I honestly don't want to constantly change the search parameters unless I am going to a new system (say from PFrpg to 5E)
It's really about filtering OUT the things I do not need or want to see. If you are a google search person, using the minus sign to exclude things is extremely effective.

Interesting. I wasn't actually aware that you could have multiple choices in the product category box and it would seem that your problem is with adding Generic Add ons to your search. To me generic add ons are map packs, tokens, portraits and that kind of thing (all the things you don't want to see) but it seems that a lot of developers are adding stuff like extensions, and other things to that category. If I just select Pathfinder and, say, extensions then that's all I get. I don't see map packs etc. But if I add in Generic Add ons then I get all of that stuff. Which is still relevant to your search of course since you are looking for generic add ons. Maybe my understanding of what constitutes a Generic Add on is flawed.
