    Wild Die skill modification

    Just trying to figure out if this is a bug or an odd missing feature, it's possble to use an effect to modify an attribute or skills wild die, and to apply a flat bonus or penalty to an attribute and all skills tied to it, but when you add the > to make the wild die mod affect skills under an attribute it doesn't work (I'm trying to set up everyone's wild die to be dynamic depending on the scene as an escelation mechnic). Anyone know what the deal is with it? Cheers!

    This cascading effect on the CT or on a character's ability or gear works
    Code:
    [Agility> +3]
    This also works, but just for Agility, not Agility-based Skills
    Code:
    [Agility =3wd]
    Code:
    [Agility +1wd]
    This works for a specific Skill
    Code:
    [Athletics =3wd]
    Code:
    [Athletics +1wd]
    You can't use the cascading effect to set dice, like this. It only recognizes a static bonus.
    Code:
    [Agility> +1d]
    Code:
    [Agility> =3wd]
    This will only set the (wild) die for Agility, and not Agility Skills.

    All that being said, if there's enough need for it, the cascading modifier could be expanded to cover these uses.

    For now, you'll have to use something like this:
    Code:
    [Agility|Athletics|Fighting|Shooting =3wd]
    You could put these on your hotbar by typing them into chat (or a story entry or CT or MotD or anywhere you can highlight the text) then dragging the text to a slot.
    Or you could create custom effects.

    Thanks! I guess I'll just needs to make an effect that references every attribute and skill specifically then, cheers for such a detailed explaination!

    This has been implemented and it is waiting for push to version control. It will be available in test channel soonish.
