I tested this campaign and still able to change the attributes and expertise fields on both the character sheet and npc sheet.

I dug a bit deeper and see that they are not editable if you navigate away from the main tab and click on another tab. Thanks for reporting. I'll see why it's not interact able after changing tabs.
