Not able to select specific targeted body parts on Vault Boy image on Fallout desktop

Hello,

I am unable to select a specific hit location on Fallout 2d20 FGU session. When I click on the Vault Boy icon in the lower left of the screen, it just turns all green, even if I click on an arm or leg. I have deleted my save files and re-setup the FGU settings and it still is doing the same thing.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong or if there is an issue that needs to be fixed.

I have included pictures of my desktop showing the before and after image of clicking on the Vault Boy Icon.

The functionality has changed and its awaiting you to perform an attack or damage roll and a window will pop up asking you with location.

Thanks for the response...I will test it now. One more question, is there a place that shows me what changes and improvements have happened like somewhere here or on discord?
