Improved Block and modifiers
I just noticed that Improved Block is applying the full modifier of -2 no matter how many are attacking. So if there are just two figures attacking the character (Gang Up Bonus +1) it is still applying the full -2 instead of just -1 to the "to hit" calculation. Is that working as intended?

Improved block increases your parry by 2 (which is the -2 to attack you are seeing) and remove '2' points of gang up bonus, so yes it is working.
My players just defeated an army, had a dogfight with aliens, machine-gunned the zombies, stormed the tower, became Legendary and died heroically
Yours are still on combat round 6

Not quite.
The current Fantasy Grounds version of Improved Block increases your Parry, which it does on your sheet correctly, AND shows a -2 to the roll for Gang Up, not what you are saying. The -2 has nothing to do with the Parry bonus.
BUT crucially Fantasy Grounds knows where bonuses to attack come from, and is subtracting the correct amount from the Gang Up bonus. If you have a Gang Up bonus of +1 it lowers the bonus to 0, not -1 as the text may convey.
It works correctly mechanically, it's poorly worded on the roll.
If you look at the attachment, you can see that the Goblin rolled a 2, added 2 for their Joker, then added 1 for the Gang Up, and subtracted 2 for Improved Block. 2+2+1-2=3 but the result is declared as a 4 because it knows the -2 should only apply to the -1 to a minimum of 0.
So to answer your question Mekons, yes it is working right, but not for the explanation Doswelk says!
