Rotating image
Hello,
When viewing an image, is it possible to rotate it ?

Yes. Unlock the image and select the layers icon at the top right. Select the layer you want to rotate and make sure that it's unlocked. You can then use the Quick transformations buttons to rotate or flip it. If you want more granular control use the white box at the top of the image (click and drag it). This will rotate at 45 degree chunks. If you want more granular control hold down CTRL whilst dragging the white box.
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php

And do the players may rotate images (for better viewing images) ?

No. Players have no access to anything like that. Only the DM can do that kind of stuff. However if the image has been shared with the players anything the DM does will be instantly seen by the players. So if you rotate an image on your screen then if that image is shared it will also rotate on the players screen.

If you rotate a layer, it will update your player's view of that layer to its new rotated state. Any adjustments you make, such as color adjustments, rotations, size changes, and so on, will be propagated to the players.
