Walkabout Extensions SR uses (All 5E only for me)
As I constantly always tell the unwashed masses of users to READ the extension .txt files and forum threads and/or watch the outdated videos...
And I still get asked questions, I decided to put together an overview of extensions I use and what they do for me (obviously not everything nor do I provide any real details). And of course the info is protected by a MASSIVE TEXT WALL to keep the unworthy OUT.

Module Priorities
CW lists use of module priorities to show no duplicates
Advantages Pointer Areas (AdvantagesPA.ext)
Store last active ptr area data (circle, sqaure, cone)
CTR key with map toolbar targeting icon = select tokens of same faction
ALT key with map toolbar targeting icon = select tokens of different factions
Map toolbar button to clear last saved active ptr area data
Respects Generic Actions Layer "NOTARGETING" effect
Allows NPCs to have death rolls
Allows PC/NPC/Vehicle to have overlays on tokens when death saving rolls are in progress
and death tokens (respect orientation of token when it died) when death saving rolls are failed.
Insure CT token doubleclick will select token in map (triggering vision) and bring it to the front in both client and host.

Attack/Saving/Damage/Heal/Effect name matching to place Generic Actions assets in Map Layer
Support of invisible NPC name matched token placement with asset and faction based on ptr area defined in AdvantagesPA.ext (and assumed AURA and BCEG effects on NPC)
Support of permanent assets on map layer triggered by an effect
Support of NOTARGETING CT effect
Map Toolbar button to force update of all temporary effect assets
5E Equipped Effects (EquippedEffects.ext)
Supports equip/unequip inventory items will add matching powers(spells) to sheets and/or custom effects to CT (sheet = action tab for PC, main page for NPC/Vehicle).
Supports look up matches to custom effects and powers for abilities (Feats, Features, and Traits) for a PC and (traits, actions) for an NPC/Vehicle when sheet is dropped in CT or fields are modified.
Supports 5EAE modules naming specifications to provide fuller name matching abilities
Supports "Display First Link" for 5EAE modules which can only provide WOTC links (displays their text runtime only)
Supports Module Priority so only one match is used for power (spell) name matching
Supports CURSED effect
Supports Import/Export Effects buttons
Supports Import/Export Notes buttons
Supports Import/Export Spells buttons
5E Polymorphism (Polymorphism.ext)
Supports Polymorph Spell, True Polymorph Spell, Animal Shapes Spell, Shapechange Spell, Shapechanger, Shapeshifter, and Wild Shape rules in turning a PC/NPC into an NPC.
5E Map Parcels (MapParcels.ext)
Supports NPC/Vehicle Inventory tab which is essentially the same as PC tab
Supports Parcels that can have a token so that it can be placed and maintained in a map along with a number of other features options.
Supports Move of items between PC/NPC/Vehicle inventories, Party Sheet Inventory, and Map Parcel Inventories.
Supports dropping map parcels as LOOT parcels when a PC/NPC/Vehicle dies.
Supports dropping non carried items in inventory as map parcels including coins.
5E Carrier (Carrier.ext)
Supports a variety of ways to have a PC/NPC/Vehicle CT tokens to follow each other, including allowing them to share actions of the carrier with the carried tokens.5E Combat Groups (CombatGroups.ext)
Support same initiative for carried CT entries as their carrier (optional).
Supports making CT entries members of named groups where their visibility can be turned off and on so that sessions can be planned out with many things in many maps but only one set of combat groups visible at any time.
Supports filtering CT on client to same faction only and/or same combat group and/or owner CT entries so that DM does not have to track what is seen or not seen on map through LOS of invisibility as they will only be able to target things from map in most cases.
Support underlay on token for Highlighting token for Old Eyes (on turn).
Support common initiative rolls for same combat groups (optional).
Support No Map Toolbar Target or Select for Players as they can be used to see things they should not.
Support holding down SHIFT with combat group visible button to force all but active combat group to go invisible on CT.
Support holding down CTRL with combat group visible button to force the active combat group to go invisible on CT.
Support map toolbar to add all selected tokens into the active combat group.
Support encounter button to create encounter from active combat group.
Double click on combat group edit field will "attempt" to zoom in as best it can to all members of the combat group on the first map on a member it finds (in case they are not all on same map).
Support option to have Host CT only show active CT entry and its targeted CT entries.
Supports setting token visiblity when invisible effect added or removed from CT.
Supports preserving invisible token settings on startup.
5E Assistant GM (AssistantGM.ext)
When dropping CT entry onto player portrait gives FULL ownership to player and allows the client CT to show the same NPC/Vehicle attacks, etc. things that a host can do on their CT entries.
When CT map token is double clicked it will insure the CT scrolls to a point in window that is showing the CT entry.
Support a player having ability to take ownership or release ownership of any NPC/Vehicle visible in their CT (exception being things set owner from host via drag drop onto player portrait - those can only be cleared by host dragging CT entry link onto Assistant GM Clear button at top of CT).
Extensions that are not mine but that I use:
Aura Effects
Used with 5EAE modules I use and also with generic actions layers NPC placement. Allows effects to be applied over and area from a token.
Better Combat Effects Gold
Used with 5EAE modules I use and also with generic actions layers NPC placement. Allows much more powerful and flexible effects to be applied.
Effective Initiative
Keeps initiatives correct when re-rolling initiatives every round (no claivoyent player cheating predicting future at my tables)
Natural Selection
Lets me easily select, target, or move overlapping tokens.
Sounds - VLC
Free sound stuff, though a pain to setup (discord bot, VLC 2.0, Kenku FM) once it is I never have to deal with it again - just works.
Turbo
Used to speed up tables and some such.
Hearth Theme
Dark theme, only one that actually supports extensions.
