You mean like a spell that causes an effect unless you save? In most rulesets it's a 2 step process. 1) roll the save. 2) apply the effect
But it sounds like you want something else?

Sorry - Ruleset - 5e (2024) Its about looking at spells with effects or save effects, or the new parts of Weapon Mastery

Every Hit - save DC XX and on a fail apply Prone condition
I wanted to automate it, so on a failed save, it auto applys the effect

    Thoughts?

There isn't a way to do this natively; but there are extensions which might do this for you. (Better Combat Effects I think).
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php
