Can't change power groups names

I was trying to create an items grouping in my parties character sheets so they could easily apply healing potion healing. But I can't rename the grouping name, the button that would allow for this is mysteriously missing on their sheets.

I've tried
Turning off all 2 of my extensions (Advanced Wildshape, and Requested Rolls)
Adding the actions, logging then logging back in
Creating more powers and changing their sources
Changing the theme I'm using from Dungeons and Dragons to having no theme

I'm stumped on what's happening with this, any advice

If you click the Edit button in the lower right; you can change the group name of any power.

Except I can't, even with the edit button pressed, the gear icon is missing for these new powers specifically, I can change the other groupings names. Another example attached

The group names are dynamically created based on the name of the group assigned to powers. So, just set a group name (like "Items") for the Potion of Healing and Greater Potion of Healing.

You don't change the name of the group, you change the group items are assigned to and the group names will be created automatically.
