There's also a built-in UI scaling feature in the product by default. Just type /scaleui 150 or /scaleui 200 to scale the UI by that percentage. If you want to swap between these, you can type into chat, and drag to hot keys before pressing Enter.

You can also hide the Story Book index by clicking the arrow next to the index to make the reading area larger.
