    Hey,

    Sorry to bring another bug (I don't do it on purpose to find them).

    The "max" function/tag doesn't work anymore.
    It is no longer recognized as special damage in the damage text of an NPC (while steal, stealtemp etc. continue to work).
    This is also the case when it is added on a tag like DMG.

    Test with the latest version and only with this extension.

    Hello. Perhaps there's some user error here, or perhaps there's some fix I missed, but I'd like to report a bug. I downloaded the extension from the github just last night and it's been throwing errors like crazy. I also have the error of missing adjusting hp rolls manually, but it appears to be putting max hp as temp hp. Attached will be screenshots and a log from a fresh campaign, no other extensions other than a theme.

    It looks like you are running version v2.5.0 which is broken. If you read up in the thread you'll find the link to the latest fixed version

    Thanks; I guess I just missed that 2.5.0 was broken. I just went to the git page from the top of the thread when I saw the Forge listing was down and the reason why.

    This is probably just me being dumb, but I am trying to make a Life Drain attack for an NPC using the "max" (or maxhp - I have tried both), but I must be missing something. When I add "max" or "maxhp" to the damage type, FG just won't parse it. I read an earlier post from @MrDDT (#615) explaining that this can be done as a spell attack, but that does not help.

    This is what I have tried:

    I made a separate action for the NPC with the following text:
    Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 21 (4d8 + 3) necrotic damage. The target must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw, taking 21 (4d8+3) necrotic, max damage on a failed save.

    This did not work (the damage effect is not parsed and cannot be used), so I tried an innate spell with the same text, but the same happens there.

    How can I get this to work the same way as MrDDT did in his picture in #615?

    EDIT: Never mind. This was actually just me being dumb. I didn't notice that the extension was unlisted, and I did a full refresh of my extensions folder. I didn't have the extension installed. Sorry! The effect above works as long as I use "maxhp" instead of "max" as explained in #714. Thank you for a superb extension! :-)
