GM Dice not showing in chat window - 5E

I have read there was a hot fix that had been pushed, but as of sunday not all of the DM rolls were showing up int the chat window. (yes, I have that option enabled) Doesn't impact game play, other than the sound links that rely on the rolls to auto trigger.

Just wondering if this was a known problem.

I haven't heard of this issue nor have I heard of a hotfix.

Are you running any extensions? Does this happen in a new campaign without extensions? Also have you enabled more than one theme? Having multiple themes enabled will often casue letters to appear in the same colour as the background rendering them apparently invisible.
