High and Dry is always mentioned as a good first adventure. Its in the store. If you use it and want a free 2d deckplan there's one on the forge. I'd suggest trying one of the free adventures on the forge like Death Station: https://forge.fantasygrounds.com/shop/items/589/view or Stranded: https://forge.fantasygrounds.com/shop/items/946/view

Pharoid has the adventures covered for three good ones to start with. Alternatively there is Marooned on Marduk which is a paid one here in the Store that I like for the flexibility it gives.
For a campaign to run it totally depends on how much you want to lean into Charted Space or not. The Spinward Marches would be a good place to start off. Lots of adventures are already set there, many of them in the Store. Plus as Mongoose releases more material here for FG some of that will be there in the Marches as well.
It also depends on your play style, what your group likes, etc. Just like all RPGs there is a ton of material to mine, just need to know what you are looking for.We do not stop playing because we grow old.
We grow old because we stop playing.

Thanks for your help guys. I'm a little bit overwhelmed by all the stuff that's already available! We are a group of old RPGs veterans. We played a LOT of RPGs, actually playing with Call of Cthulhu v7, and our last crush, Free League games (Alien, Blade Runner, Vaesen, soon Dragonbane and the One Ring. Our most memorable campaign was the Masks of Nyarlathotep. oddly we never played Traveller. It is time to correct this error!

I think you will like Traveller based on your gaming experience.

My go to introductory adventure is High & Dry, I've Run it several times for different groups and people seem to like it. And if the characters are unlucky and do not get a ship in creation you get one as a reward.
