Does the Rogue have Elven Accuracy as a Legacy feat on their character sheet under the Abilities tab -> Features list?

yes, remove and re-add, when we add stady aim effect. it is not workingm only 2 dice are throw, not 3.

That's very large; and probably has some large images/tokens that might be creating some lag anyway. (Recommended maximum sizes are 256x256 for tokens; and 4000x4000 for images.)

You can zip up without the images/tokens to make a smaller version of the campaign zip; or post on a hosting site like DropBox or Google Drive.
