Details of your scenario:
The players come from a long lineage of Raven's Vigil members, raised with a deep understanding of the horrors and dangers that magical artifacts pose to the world. From a young age, they were taught the Vigil's core belief: certain relics, especially those created by malevolent forces or in times of great conflict, must be controlled or destroyed to preserve the balance of the world. Now, as they reach maturity and gain the necessary skills, the players are on the cusp of becoming full-fledged members of the secretive Raven's Vigil. Their mission is clear: identify, retrieve, and neutralize powerful artifacts before they can fall into the wrong hands.
As operatives of the Raven's Vigil, they will navigate a world where few know of their existence, using stealth, intelligence, and force when needed to uphold their dangerous but noble cause. Along the way, they will encounter rival hunters, rogue agents, and ancient threats. The organization is guided by the Shadowed Seven, a council of highly experienced members, and the players must prove their worth to join this elite and secretive force.
Expectations:
Players are expected to focus on the moral complexities of artifact retrieval and destruction, with an emphasis on roleplay, teamwork, and careful decision-making. Min/maxing and rules-lawyering are discouraged in favor of collaborative storytelling and immersion in the setting.Last edited by wrandalljr4; September 30th, 2024 at 17:13.
