Request: Add "Standard DC by Level" option for targeted skill checks

When trying to implement Thaumaturge's Exploit Vulnerability, I noticed there was no way to do a Standard DC by Level in the skill check. Adding this would also be useful for Recall Knowledge. Maybe add 2 versions, one that takes into account Rarity traits, and one that doesn't.

Recal Knowledge is setup to use the DC as set in the desktop GM DC panel. Drag the creature in question and the DC will be set based on the level and rarity. You can do the same to set the DC for exploit vulnerability.

I'll make a note to consider adding the target's level based DC as an option in a future version, no promises when...
