Character Wizard Errors: Rogue Class Options

New 5e 2024 Campaign, no extensions or legacy content.

Actions:
Launch CW
Select Class: Rogue
Select Skill Options (First time & then stops): Console Error (once)
Continued to select other skills as usual
Select Expertise: Drop Down only shows Thieves' Tools with no other options.
Cannot proceed with build.
