Resource Management
New "Dual" Delimiter (Preparation, actions):
For abilities recovering differently on short and long rests
Example: Second Wind (Fighter) - One use on short rest, all on long rest.

Automated Class and Race Features
Archery Fighting Style: Auto-adds +2 to ranged weapon attacks
Improved Critical: Expands critical hit range (e.g., 19-20 for Fighter)
Halfling Luck: Auto-rerolls 1s on d20 checks
Reliable Talent: New automation for 7th-level Rogue feature
Automatically treats d20 rolls of 9 or lower as 10 for proficient skills.
Evasion: Automatically applies damage reduction on saving throws

New Effects System
a) Reliable Effects:
RELIABLE: General reliable talent
RELIABLEATK: Attack rolls
RELIABLECHK: Ability checks
RELIABLECONC: Concentration checks
RELIABLEDEATH: Death saving throws
RELIABLEINIT: Initiative rolls
RELIABLESAV: Saving throws
RELIABLESKILL: Skill checks

b) Concentration Effects:
ADVCONC: Advantage on concentration checks
DISCONC: Disadvantage on concentration checks

c) Spell Save DC Modifier:
SAVEDC: [number]
Adjusts spell save DC (only positive numbers)
Accepts only fixed numbers, not dice rolls

Feat Automation
Mage Slayer: Applies disadvantage on concentration checks when damaging a concentrating creature.
Healer: Rerolls 1s on healing dice rolls.

Spellcasting Enhancements
Concentration check modifiers: ADVCONC and DISCONC
Global spell save DC adjustment: SAVEDC effect.
