There currently seems to be an issue with this extension that, as soon as anything happens that is token-related while they are on a map (advancing initiative, making attack or damage rolls, etc.), it pops the map the tokens are on to the forefront, regardless of what other windows you have covering it. It's not a massive problem, but it quickly gets annoying if you want to read a spell entry or check a character sheet and the map jumps up in front whenever a player is doing anything during combat. I guess something with the latest big update of FG has caused this?

what version are you seeing in the chat on load? The fixed version should show v20.3

Just did a manual update as well, so not pulling the latest copy.

EDIT: Nevermind, just needed to grab the new version from DMSGUILD, I need to repurchase this on the Forge, I hardly ever go over there anymore.

Yeah, the latest should be on DMsGuild, so pull it from your library and make sure you dont have a duplicate copy in the extensions folder.
