Hello, I found some bugs in "Underworld races & classes 5e":

Race:

• "Ahooling" Traits-> "light blindness" has the description of the "Minor Bloodthirst" trait
• "Ahooling" Traits-> missing "Minor Bloodthirst" Trait
• "Dour Destroyer", "Oath of Desctruction" specialization -> Typo : (...) Destruction

Class:

• "Monk (Colliatur)" -> the name for this class is "Colliatur Reaver"

Class feature:

• "Appraisal" (in the Gemcaster class)-> contains the "Gem Transmutation" description
• "Gem Transmutation" (feature of the gemcaster class)-> missing feature
• "Semi-Precious Stones" (feature of the gemcaster class)-> unwanted text on the first title: "bp;Amber"
• "Secret of the Stone" (feature of the Stonespeaker class)-> typo (Spell attack modifie r) unwanted space
• "Exploding Earth" (feature of the Stonespeaker class) -> error (half as much on a failed save) should be half as much on a "successful" save
• "Reckless attack" (feature of the Barbarian class)-> typo: when you male (when you make)

Thanks for the report; I've fixed everything on your list but I have left the name of the Monk (Colliatur) class as it is. Changing this now may well break many characters that are being used in campaigns. There was a good reason for changing the name in fantasy grounds at the time the module was created but I can't remember what that was now.

5e Monster Manual - NPC Ettin.

The 2.5d mode xml is wrong and draws the ettin below the surface when no height is applied.

Xanathar's Guide To Everything: Chapter 2: Tool Proficiencies: Navigator's Tools.
The Example Activity/DC table's top row has one box with "Activity DC" instead of two boxes one for each. Also they aren't bold.

In the DMG's and Mordenkainen Presents Monster's of the Multiverse a blank "New Image" has been added into the modules. They can be deleted, but if you revert they come back.
