Is there a way to take the Calendar Logs to Stories or export separately.

Not without some sort of extension. The calendar and notes were designed for per campaign use.

Is there a way to take the Calendar Logs to Stories or export separately.

You could always create story entries for them and then add it as a link to the log entry. Then they could be exported. The title I would suggest is the date and a header name of sort. Keeps them organized and also maybe creating a specific category for them to sit under in the story masterindex.
