General Equipment Weight in OSE

I am running a bi-weekly game of OSE and I have a player who is making a character and there is a line in the inventory section General Equipment Weight 80 Coins.

I looked around and I cannot find where this weight is coming from. Can anyone help me with this?

It's the default value from the book. You can change it as you see fit. Page 215
