PF1e Extension to track Skill Modifiers?

(For Pathfinder 1e)
Does anyone know of an extension that allows notes on the Skills tab to track modifiers to the individual skills? I'm using one by BMOS for ability score modifiers (which is fantastic), but haven't seen one for skills.

I know we can use the notes tab, but that isn't ideal.

I would like to second this... A much needed feature for either an extension or an improvement to the existing program.

This is what you want, but unfortunately it may not work atm. The creator has not posted in several months but is available on discord and may be willing to hand off the extension to someone else to upkeep.

Crossing my fingers that bmos will take it over. Was stable for a long time so i doubt there is much of a time risk to someone with the knowledge
