Note, since this thread was started 8 years ago things have changed. You can now do this with the Universal Module Extension. Though I still like supporting the artists directly by buying their high resolution maps directly from them.

The Universal Module extension is helpful, but I have found scaling problems with the maps. I was running a 5e conversion of the the AD&D Desert of Desolation, so I bought the original module in FG and copied the maps into my 5e campaign. Every medium token placed on the map appeared as large - possibly because the default square size in 1e/2e is 10 ft, and the default in 5e is 5 ft. But even when I changed the grid size to represent 5 ft squares, the problem persisted.

The token sizing is calculated (in terms of number of grid squares) when first added to the map. After you changed the grid size did you remove the tokens from the map and re-place them from the combat tracker? If that didn't work, please provide more details of the steps taken.
Private Messages: My inbox is forever filling up with PMs. Please don't send me PMs unless they are actually private/personal messages. General FG questions should be asked in the forums - don't be afraid, the FG community don't bite and you're giving everyone the chance to respond and learn!

Honestly, I don't remember. This happened a couple of years ago when covid was forcing us to play online - as soon as we could, we returned to face to face gaming for that campaign. I play plenty of other games in FG, so I can test it and see if that makes a difference,
