So funny story, using BCEG and this extension at the same time actually makes Supreme Healer not work correctly.
The 'max' tag in BCEG tries to make the healing dice roll auto max
BUT Constitutional Amendments makes any healing with the 'max' tag affect maximum HP instead.
This makes it so that all healing increases max HP instead of restoring damage, and all max HP increase effects (like Heroes Feast) roll maximum!
It's rather unfortunate, as those two functions are extremely useful, but because they're tripping over the same tag, neither is working right at the moment.

So it seems like this Extension currently has a conflict with Mad Nomad's Character Sheet Tweaks regarding how Hit Points are displayed. I was wondering if there might be some way to fix this issue?

Actually, this doesn't work for Beacon of Hope. If a target is down 60+ hp and gets hit with a level 1 Cure Wounds (1d8+mod), the healing *should be* around 9(+1) to 13(+5). Adding the Effect of HEAL:999 would pretty much fully heal the target to max HP, rather than provide max possible healing for the spell.
