Hello All,

So I play in M&M 3E DCA world with some friends and we keep arguing about Damage [Reaction] that exists inside of an Array. Will Damage [Reaction] work when someone hits you before and after you have taken an action already? I can't find this answer at all, so I hope someone here could help. Thank you in advance.
