Ruleset
I have the SW ruleset with a full version of FG. Will each of my players need to purchase the ruleset also?

Addendum: They have all bought the Ruleset yet when they log in it says unlicensed player connecting; switching to Demo mode.

The Unlicensed bit is their Fantasy Grounds License.
Players need a Lite/Full(Steam)/Ultimate license to play.
If an unlicensed player connects to someone hosting a game with a Full License it switches to Demo mode and others get kicked...
Generally - only the GM needs to download/purchase a ruleset and the players will inherit what they need while in game.

He has a Full license. He has connected and played with me at the DM when we were running a 4E campaign. That was before we discovered SW.

It sounds like they have lost the full mode. Check that their first screen of FG says 3.0.4 in the top right hand corner, not 3.0.4 FREE. If it says FREE then they will need to go into the settings screen and re-enter their license code.
