How to Import VTT Maps into Fantasy Grounds?

Oh, that is good news. Is there a way to see if it's codec eight or codec 9? And when I upload one without an error, I can't see anything when I open it in FG. It's just black. I hope I don't ask the most stupid questions, but that's all new for me.

Depends on how you encoded it, but it might be possible to see it with the video compression display in windows at the top.
