Paizo Sync Issues

Hello all,

I recently purchased the Pathfinder Kingmaker Bundle via humble bundle. After purchasing I redeemed the codes and added the various products to my paizo account. Next, I used the "retrieve paizo.com purchases" button on the Paizo Account Synchronization page here on the FG website. I noticed that some of the purchases were not successfully synced. Namely, part 3-6 of the PF1E version of the kingmaker adventure path do not show up on the my discounts page. I already own part 1 and 2 here on FG from an earlier humble bundle so I am not sure if those are displaying properly or not. Other items from the bundle, such as the PF2 version of the adventure path and the PF2 kingmaker companion guide sync up as they should and the discount appears. I realize that some items are not available for paizo discounts (usually cheaper items). However, such items are clearly marked as being not eligible for the discount on their FG store pages. For the PF1E version of each part of the Kingmaker AP, each store page indicates that "...you can get up to the entire cost of the PDF purchased from paizo.com off this order..."

Thanks for letting us know.

The discount should have still worked for those products if you added them to your cart, but it was not displaying those as available discounts on the page you screenshotted.

Can you try that page again?

As you said, adding the pf1e kingmaker items to my cart does include the discount. However, the my paizo discounts page still does not display the kingmaker items properly.

While I was looking at the my discounts page I also notice that one of the items, the Pathfinder Companion: Dungeoneer's Handbook is displaying the images of Pathfinder Companion: Osirion: Land of Pharaohs. This is also the case on the store page for the dungeoneer's handbook. Display error.png

That's PF 2E, so I don't think it will show in Paizo as PF 1E as being available for discount.

However, the pf1e stuff does not appear as it should in my paizo discounts, so I made this post. The pf2e stuff displays properly as expected
