With the remaster, I do hope more effort is put into what is available and quality assurance. I have found a general lack of quality with the Pathfinder 2nd edition purchased content.

Some easy examples being monsters not automated completely for thing like automating effects on failure/critfailure that sort of thing, I am currently running Age of Ashes and a lot of creatures from that not only do not have automation, but have some broken effects in regards to resistances and immunities. I have come across several in bestiary 1 that have this same issues so it is not isolated within just this AP.

Another big issue is many spells have not been programmed at all or correctly in some cases. Chill Touch is my most recent example as setting it as a basic saving throw was not done. Spells like Resist energy, and to be honest a massive list could be made of spells that just have nothing setup at all within.

On top of that their is a fantastic automation system setup in FGU that I assume is not unique to Pathfinder 2nd edition that would allow you to press the * after casting a spell which would allow that spell to automatically roll all damage and add all relevant effects to targets. Obviously this has not been programmed into any spells, and even if you did it yourself it is currently broken as automating the damage for some reason also damages the caster when they are not being targeted.

I am actually disappointed with buying any 2nd edition books at this point as I end up having to go through way too many things and fix them in order to streamline my campaigns better, primarily monsters, spells, character effects, and even items which could have automation added in many cases.

All of these issues have become far more obvious to myself as I have been running a conversion of a pathfinder 1st edition campaign which has required me to do most things manually anyways including monsters, spells, and items. At this point I doubt I will ever buy another AP as doing it all manually allows me to catch a lot of issues that I don't catch right away when I purchase one.
