Subraces when creating a custom subclass

I'm creating custom races for my players and I started looking for the subraces tab so I watched a video on how to create a custom race and I dint find it where the video said it was, can anyone help me?

The button to open the master index for subraces is located in the master index window of the races. This can be opened via the sidebar races button.
