Looking to Mod Character Sheet

So the Hunter the Reckoning 5e rules were just released. I was wanting to create a modification of the Vampire 5e character sheet for Hunters, but can't seem to find the .pak file for Vampire. I can see a .mod file, but there doesn't appear to be a character sheet template in there.

Where is the character sheet template located?

If the ruleset is not available in the ruleset folder then that means it would be located in the vault and encrypted. Some publishers request to have their ruleset locked and not accessible.
