Okay, I think we have decided to try a module while I prepare my "world" for play so the players and get familiar with things. We are looking to use N4 Treasure Hunt. Thoughts?

N4
I have run N4 but not on Fantasy Grounds.
N4 is a bit complicated because as written the characters start off at Zero level.
Might not be a great choice if you are new.
As Celestian suggested Keep on the Borderlands can work or I like U1-Sinister Secret of Saltmarsh.

Well, neither I nor my players are anywhere near new to D&D but very new to FGU. I don;t look forward to teaching my players how to roll up even a 1st lvl toon with all its complexities in FGU. Perhaps I should let them decide. Thx!

FYI, "module" in the vernacular of FGU means a package module or extension, not a D&D Module. So you should probably start a new thread with the question in the topic. This pinned thread is specifically about the FGU modules/extensions. Modules/extensions are packages that alter the default behavior of a ruleset or include some content.
