GURPS 3rd
I know it has to GURPS Fantasy Grounds is the 4th Edition.
But there is some good soul who came to develop something for the 3rd Edition.

Damned, I think he is asking for a FG ruleset for Gurps 3rd edition.

The differences between 3rd and 4th are trivial. Mechanics are mostly the same, most of the changes were in point costs for various skills / advantages / disadvantages. Since the ruleset doesn't include any of those, the 4th edition ruleset should work fine for a 3rd edition game.
