I appreciate your effort to justify not including the NPC ships in this content.

I am not asking about the 2e Core Rulebook; I am asking about the Game Toolkit product.

I am asking the developer if the non-inclusion of this material is intentional or not, because it has been included in nearly all past products, including updating many of those products to have 2e versions of the NPC ships. Unless you are the developer, you cannot answer this question, and are just producing additional noise in this channel.

Using the 2e Ruleset, adding a weapon to an NPC either by drag and drop or coding it directly gives the Attack a TN = 0, instead of the selected Attribute and Department. Tn in the picture should be 14, not 0.
