Do you have sufficient disk space?
Try Settings > Support > Force App Update
That usually means that the "FGUpdaterEngine" application is being blocked from accessing the network. Please check your Windows Defender (or OS firewall) settings to make sure that FGUpdaterEngine application is allowed access to the Internet.

I uninstalled FG and reinstalled in Windows. Problem has resolved itself.
