Fantasy Grounds Prep Less. Play More.
Well, I did it. I built a 5E module in Fantasy Grounds using a PDF that I created for an original adventure. It was an experimental process to see if I could become my own quasi developer. Since this was an experiment, I didn't record (video) the process. If everything turns out okay, I will henceforth record and share the entire process from beginning to end on my future projects (and perhaps retrospectively on this one). My intent was to create additional material for the Dungeon Masters Guild. ...

Now to add some functionality to the Effect Visibility Extension. I’ll start by modifying the default behavior of who sees an effect when it is initially applied. In addition, they sent me a dice cup to use when rolling them. I have ...
This time I’ll jump right in, create an extension, then slowly add more and more functionality to it. I’ll explain, as I go along, what I am doing, and why. Plus I’ll explore solutions to problems as they arise. It is quite a bit to bite off so this will assuredly require multiple blog posts. First, to clean things up: in previous blogs I edited some of the ruleset files. I was exploring what the consequences were when certain changes are made to the ruleset files. I want to ...
